This is our third time staying at Wangaratta Gateway, certainly not our last. Everything. The Staff, the food at the Restaurant and Room Service (Best steak sandwich ever, and great price). The Bar is cosy and beautiful. Sadly we were there for a private family Wake, and the Staff were so kind and respectful, Management should be proud of everyone who works at the Hotel. The lovely cleaners also were so kind and bubbly, always had a smile on their faces. The whole property was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and all of the Staff were very friendly. A lovely touch was on departure we noticed a note on the windscreen of our car, they had cleaned it for us……..such a lovely thing to do 🙂

Very clean room. Easy check in process and free parking. Heated pool looked nice although we arrived too late in the day to take advantage of. On site restaurant and bar looked good, we opted for room service which came quickly and we're big meal sizes. Also found our car windscreen cleaned by hotel staff ahead of a long drive home the next day, a nice surprise to leave on.

The room was well maintained and immaculately clean. Comfortable bed and well equipped room with mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities. On departure a note was on our car windscreen advising the hotel had cleaned our windscreens. We ate in the restaurant which had a varied menu and drinks options. Service from staff was very attentive and friendly.

Coming from Sydney, we were expecting something like a formula One hotel... This hotel was clean, mattress and pillows were amazing! So much so I bought a brand new pillow from the hotel to take home! The pool, spa and sauna were a pleasant surprise. In the morning , they washed out windscreen that was parked in their carpark and they left a lovely note. I just wish there was a gateway hotel closer to Sydney. I would 110% stay here again.

The room was lovely and clean, and the location was ideal. I was greeted by a friendly staff member on arrival and the process was quicky and easy. The room was lovely and warm when we first entered it, which was nice.

Good sized room, clean and well-appointed. The pool was very well heated - our kid was in there at 8am on a six degree morning! There was a wedding reception at the hotel when we were staying and we were a bit worried about noise, but our room was very quiet.

I'm a nervous traveller and feel very unsafe and insecure if facilities aren't clean, spacious and secure. The facilities at Quality Hotel Wangaratta Gateway made me instantly feel comfortable and at ease because the rooms were spacious, well laid out and exceptionally clean and secure, the staff were professional and courteous and we loved having a swim in the lovely pool during our visit too. When we go back to Wangaratta, Quality Hotel is 100% where we will be staying again.

Recently refurbished room fittings were comfortable, including the fold-out sofa bed. The spa and sauna were a lovely surprise and very welcome after a long drive. The pool setting was very nice and if it had been warmer we would have sat around there.

Great size rooms, beds were super comfortable, rooms are updated and great quality, TV's have the option to cast and foxtel was on offer. Theres also free wifi on offer and a resturant downstairs if you dont feel like going anywhere for food however it is in quite a central location to other food options. Cafes are a close walk also.
